Troubleshooting Guide

• Weight Alignment: Ensure the weight is returned to the base completely vertical. If weights get stuck, follow these steps:
• Turn both gear knobs to 5 lbs. Press the plastic circle on the handle side to help the gear turn.
• If the gear turns, jiggle the handle out of the base and reinsert weights vertically with the silver gear selector facing away from the handle.
• If weights come out with the handle, press the blue button on the gear to release weights, then return them to their proper slots vertically.
