If you live in Johannesburg, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days, if you are outside of Johannesburg, depending on your region, you should receive your order within 5 - 7 working days. Please notify us immediately and we will send our couriers (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you. This can happen and we do apologise in advance for all inconvenience caused. Please email us at info@calasca.com

We apologise for the inconvenience caused regarding your item. If items received are not as expected, damaged by customer or the customer does not want the item anymore however all information on the product was correctly supplied, the customer is then liable to return the item/s in its original packaging and at their own cost. The refund/credit will take place upon receiving the item/s back and checked. Please note that items must be returned in original packaging without any damages unless stipulated in writing and images supplied. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
