In the unlikely event that your product is damaged please contact Calasca within 48 hours of receipt, supply us with images of the damaged product, and the Calasca team will contact you to arrange a replacement. Calasca reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to authorizing a replacement.
If items received are not as expected or the customer does not want the item anymore however all information on the product was correctly supplied, the customer is then liable to return the item/s in its original packaging and at the customers own cost. Upon receipt of item/s the Calasca team will review and inspect the item/s to ensure there are no visible damages, defects or alterations. The refund/credit will take place upon receiving the item/s and checked. Calasca reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to authorizing a replacement.
If you receive the incorrect item, you need to supply an image of the item/s to Calasca, the Calasca team will then dispatch a replacement and collect the item. The item/s must be in original packaging including instruction manuals, unopened and in original condition. Calasca reserves the right to assess the condition of returned product prior to authorizing a replacement.
